Our Team
CEO & Founder Julie Barber
Julie’s background is working with large financial corporates such as KPMG and HSBC, and quasi-regulators like the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. Across a 20-year span, she has built successful visions and strategies for Boards and Executive Committees, securing over £20m in investment. Her programmes have been shortlisted for the UK IT Industry Awards and include people, process and technology change across quarter million user bases and up to 140 countries.
She has also developed and led Global Innovation Programmes, involving cutting edge Chatbots, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
She founded Spark! in 2017, and published her No.1 bestselling book, Investor Ready, in July 2020. She is also a NED for high-growth companies, mentor on two business accelerators and a public speaker.
